The Laingsburg Lions Club hosted a take-out chicken fundraising dinner on Saturday, May 8th at the ECEC in downtown Laingsburg. The event was a huge success as 552 chicken dinners were prepared for take-out. The Laingsburg High School Robotics team showed up in force and was a great help in the packaging and delivery of the meals.
The Lions would also like to thank all who pre-ordered their dinners. The event went smoothly and there was enough chicken for everyone.
