The department has been running on a skeleton crew lately and officer Bobby Watson deserves a great big thank-you for going above and beyond in carrying the department thru the transition,” explained Rousseau. Police coverage will be available daily before and after school, most evenings and weekends.
Full-time officers include, Andrew Mason, recent Ferris State graduate and Jaclyn Allen, a seasoned officer who came here from Meridian Township Department. Rounding out the department are part-time officers, Rick Hogle, a returning officer to the City and St Johns residents, Bobby Watson and Ben Helms.
